[asapmembers] REMINDER: Call for ASAP Board Nominations!

Dear Colleagues,

	ASAP will hold its annual Board election in mid-July.  Board service is the crucial 
foundation for all of ASAP’s work to protect and advocate for the Observatory. 
	ASAP is now seeking candidates for election to the Board, and ASAP members are 
encouraged to stand for election. 
	Please nominate appropriate colleagues immediately or volunteer as a candidate 
yourself. The election will take place the third week of July, and the elected Board members 
will serve a nominal three-year term beginning August 1. 
	Please communicate your nominations or self-nomination along with a brief introductory 
statement for each to the ASAP Secretary (secretary at areciboscience.org <mailto:secretary at areciboscience.org>).
