Dear ASAP members,
	December 1 as you know is the second anniversary of the Arecibo telescope collapse.

	We mark this occasion with an all member ASAP meeting to react to the recent NSF  <https://beta.nsf.gov/news/nsf-create-new-education-center-arecibo>
announcement <https://beta.nsf.gov/news/nsf-create-new-education-center-arecibo> and ASAP’s activities to preserve on-going science at the site. 

	We will give a short summary of updates on what the Board has have been doing, 
and we will have breakout rooms for members to discuss and strategize our next steps. 

	We will give more details in the days to come. Stay tuned!!
